The VERSAFLOW 3/35 GLOBAL EDITION configuration includes flux spraying, preheating and welding modules, and a segmented conveyor belt system. The equipment has all the necessary options to meet the customer‘s current and future manufacturing process needs with little additional purchase options. In addition to technical advantages, only four weeks of lead time is also a highlight of this model of equipment.
The VERSAFLOW 3/35 has both top, bottom and top heating systems. According to different sizes of circuit boards, the heating module‘s eight heaters can be controlled independently in groups (4-2-2), so that the design focuses on efficient and energy saving heating. In addition, on top of the welding module, hot air convection heating is installed to ensure constant stability of the PCB throughout the welding process.
