For flexibility, the Ersa third-generation VERSAFLOW is designed with a fully modular machine platform. The basic configuration of VERSAFLOW 3/66 consists of the usual flux, preheating and welding modules and a segmented conveyor belt system group
Into. Other flux/preheating/welding modules can be integrated depending on the application and capacity required. The highest configuration of VERSAFLOW 3/66 can contain up to 3/66 welding modules, and each module can also be equipped with 2 single peak tin cylinders. A preheater may be installed upstream of each welding module.
In addition to the installation of multiple single-point peak tin cylinder, can also be installed multi-point peak tin cylinder. Hot air convection preheating at the top is optional in the preheating zone and above the single peak tin cylinder.
When choosing the dual-track model, the system capacity is doubled, but the footprint is not increased. Furthermore, if the PCB is the right size and the preheater is segmented, productivity can be further improved. Use all of these options to get the highest configuration system, where up to 22 PCBS can be processed at different locations in the system at the same time.
