Ersa has expanded its product offerings in this area with SMARTFLOW, a compact selective welding system. Since SMARTFLOW covers an area of less than 2.5 square meters, it can be perfectly applied to the manufacturing of unitary products. Semi-automatic operation and proven Ersa selective welding technology are applied to all process steps, just like a larger version of the Ersa VERSAFLOW model with no loss of quality or accuracy. The universal bracket can carry machined plates up to 508 x 508 mm in size. Flux nozzles provide the highest level of positioning accuracy and ensure minimal flux deposition.

Spray monitoring or process monitoring camera and other functions provide security for the production process. Like the VERSAFLOW series, the SMARTFLOW comes with a full range of preheating. The lower heater is equipped with eight emitters that can be switched and grouped to adjust energy consumption according to the heat demand and the size of the board. The upper heater shall be adjusted according to the condition of the lower heater first. This ensures efficient heating and reproducibility even for the most complex components, such as multi-layer components or heavy weight components.
